Which Libraries carry Touhrbillon Pahlow English Book

Turkish Government can supply interlibrary book transfer for me. I tried to fill the forms but could not find any library carries Pahlow English Book and its ISBN Number also.

I need big central libraries not very specific collections doesnt see our system.

Es wundert mich, dass die DGC das Buch ausleiht.
Es ist nämlich mit dem Tintenstrahler gedruckt, Feuchtigkeit verschmiert die Seiten!
Hatte ich an meinem Exemplar bemerkt und Herr Pahlow hatte es mir im Gespräch bestätigt.
