your question sounds really strange... please help us understand: for what kind of task do you need a super-computer, if you just want to design a watch or a clock ?

Yes, I am thinking to rent a supercomputer or buy nvidia 2000 core graphic card to evolutionary design a super complex watch. I think CUDA card is better because it takes hundreds of hours to design a watch.

I found at youtube , one guy designed a 7 gear watch in 15 days. If I make run two 2000 cores on CUDA for 1 month , chances are more.

Now , your ideas ? What kind a program could successfully design ? Is there a idea for movement design ?

ah, so you trying to create a complex 3d-animation and need the powerfull computer for the rendering job ?
My guess: its much cheaper to build up a paper-model or make some drawings in order to present your ideas to us.

sorry but no, I am not after rendering. I am after computer makes the gear train. I cant understand how one wrist watch have 1500 parts ? May be genetic program can put a 1500 parts watch gear train with out need my years long work.
