Hi
I live in Sweden and have inherited 2 old Station watches (Hauptbanhof uhr)
Is there any one on this forum how knows about these type of watches or where I can get more information. is there any auction company in Germany you can recommend.
They watches are probably manufactured around 1910-1920. They use a Riefler pendlum.
I have attached 3 photographs. Any information is gratefull.
Regards
Peter

Hello Peter,
please look at this site:
http://wp.clockdoc.org/gallery/european-other/
Under "European, other" You must look for Siemens. Here You can get much of pictures of this clocks.
I think this is an early masterclock, perhaps HU3. This movements has another form that the later ones. The early ones have the contacts at the left side, the later ones at the right side.
Here a picture of my Siemens, with an early movement, but without Riefler-Pendulum

Thanks for the information. Is there any inscription or marking on the watch that I can look for to find out its manufacturing date?
Also what do you mean by the "contacts" is that the electrical spools I have one the left side of the Pendulum?
