No need for Quartz - 1000 GHz transistor and Watchmaking

I read a transistor new from 2009 and they were building 1000 GHz transistors. I think at 2018 , this might be exceed few times more. These transistors works with 1.4 volt and this is nearly their room temperature speed. That high end freq. could be used at watchmaking.

I had been read a scientific article from 10 years past. You should look at radio or satellite frequency transistors. I found HEMT and pHEMT or PHEMT transistors works at extreme frequencies. You can search for yourself. Beware these transistors works at microwave band and watch might be rf caged.

You can find civil radio frequency transistors up to 100 Ghz easily. I think upper than that is military or satellite transistors.

Ich habe gerade den obigen Link gefunden. Es ist eine integrierte 1-GHz-Schaltung. Es verbraucht 80 Milliampere bei 3 Volt. Wie viel würde eine kleine Lithiumzelle mit dem obigen Verbrauch arbeiten

I found an 1GHz clock transistor and circuit integrated circuit and it says it consumes 80ma at 3 volts. How much an 3 volt lithium battery cell withstand that current ? Hours , minutes or days or months ?
